How frequently is position data updated?

Position data is refreshed every few seconds. However, not every vessel will transmit a new position in each update cycle, as the frequency depends on the vessel’s movement and AIS transmission behavior.

How often can I make API requests?

• Credit-based methods: You can make requests as often as needed. You are only charged for the data returned.
• Subscription-based methods: Request frequency depends on your specific subscription agreement.

Can I test the service before committing?
